We're a family of four with kids aged 8 and 11, just back from a lovely week in Devon staying at this cottage. It was super clean and cosyand the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is peaceful and rural, only a quick 5-minute drive to the town and about 45 minutes to the beaches. The farm animals were a lovely touchand the kids loved it. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to families wanting to explore the area. Definitely a good find!

We had a lovely time! The place had everything we needed, which was great since we spent most of our time exploring the beautiful area with the little one. Zoe and Steve were fantastic hosts, making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Definitely a stay we'd recommend to others looking for a relaxing break!

We had a lovely stay overall. The bed was incredibly comfy with fresh, crisp linen, which made sleeping really pleasant. The bathroom was well-stocked with thick towels, shower and hand soap, plus toilet paper. We appreciated little touches like the nightlight and stair gates. Our kid loved the trampoline, riding the tractorand playing table tennis in the barn. Our dog was spoiled with a comfy bed, treatsand plenty of space to run around. Even though we didn't use the private garden, it looked perfect for warm weather visits. We'd happily return!
