Brixham’s town centre and harbour are a short walk away from the property. With easy access to the South West Coast Path and other top visitor attractions, this home is a perfect starting point for exploring Brixham and the surrounding area.

Popular with children and adults alike is the life-size replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship The Golden Hind, but also make time to see the Napoleonic-era forts and incredible panoramic sea views at nearby Berry Head (2 miles if walking or cycing), or embark on day trips to nearby Torquay (9 miles), Paignton (6 miles), Totnes (10 miles) and Dartmouth (6 miles). There are plenty of local pubs, restaurants and shops in the town to appeal to all tastes, especially if you enjoy seafood.

Other attractions such as Kents Cavern (10 miles), Paignton Zoo (6 miles), Quay West (5 miles) and Woodlands Adventure Park (19 miles) are also close by to keep everyone in the group entertained. Step inside this fantastic holiday home on the ground floor to find yourself in the entrance hall.

To the right is the kitchen which opens up to the open-plan living and dining area, allowing the light to flow through and allow guests to continue talking about their plans for the day, no matter where they are. Moving back to the lounge/diner, you’ll find it is the perfect place to relax with the family after a day of exploring the local area, with the Smart TV to catch up on your favourite shows and comfortable seating for all guests. The room has patio doors that open and extend the space, allowing the fresh sea air indoors.

Progressing upstairs to the first floor brings you to the two bedrooms. The first is a lovely double bedroom overlooking the patio area and looking towards Brixham town, whilst the other is a brilliant twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request).
