Situated on the border of Devon and Cornwall with many attractions including the pretty seaside village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets that lead down to a lovely harbour and a choice of pubs shops and tearooms. (16 miles) are both well-known for beautiful sandy beaches and are perfect for swimmers and watersports. Other places of interest are RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal and both within 20 miles.

As you step into this delightful open-plan lodge, kick off your shoes and relax on the comfy sofa, catch up with a box set or movie on the Smart TV. The stylish kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to conjure up a breakfast, lunch or supper for two and the dining table with ample seating provides a relaxed space to enjoy.

The double bedroom is equipped for a good night's sleep. Completing this holiday home is a shower room with WC.

Step out onto the decking through the patio doors to the decking and lawned garden. Enjoy dining alfresco or take a dip into warm bubbles in your own private hot tub.

Get grilling on the charcoal BBQ and once the sun sets enjoy a spot of star gazing in the dark skies. The open sided shed has additional seating and an ideal place to secure bikes, surfboards or paddle boards.

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park - EX34 0NG

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park  is a big hit with families and has a wonderful setting within 26 acres of Sub Tropical grounds. During a stroll around the site you will encounter so of the worlds most endangered animals and also take a peek back to prehistoric times when Dinosaurs roamed the earth. The park is home to the worlds only full size animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex as well as Lions, Wolves, Sea Lions, Meerkats and many other species, Top attractions include the amazing Sea Lion Shows, Falconry Display and Sea Lion Swims.
Exmoor Zoo - EX31 4SG

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families.  There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings.  Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast".  There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga.  As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.
