A superb dark sky area so great for stargazing too. Walkers will be spoilt for choice surrounded by stunning countryside and cliffside walks a pleasant walk to Welcombe Mouth beach (2 miles) with its pretty grass area which is great for picnicking.

Situated on the border of Devon and Cornwall with many attractions including the pretty seaside village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets that lead down to a lovely harbour and a choice of pubs shops and tearooms. Bude (7.6 miles) and Westward Ho!

(16 miles) are both well-known for beautiful sandy beaches and are perfect for swimmers and water-sports. Other places of interest are RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal and both within 20 miles.

As you step into this delightful open-plan lodge, kick off your shoes and relax on the comfy sofa, catch up with a box set or movie on the Smart TV. The stylish kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to conjure up a breakfast, lunch or supper for two and the dining table with ample seating provides a relaxed space to enjoy.
