Featuring a private hot tub, this converted barn named for its feature lounge which was originally the site of the horse-driven mill, sits on a working farm and is designed and equipped with everything you need for a perfect countryside getaway.

Located just 1 mile from the charming village of Pyworthy, with its inviting village inn and restaurant, and only 3 miles from the quaint town of Holsworthy, you’ll have all the local amenities within easy reach. For beach lovers, the excellent surfing beaches and vibrant amenities of Bude are just 8 miles away, offering a choice of sandy stretches perfect for summer relaxation.

The area also boasts numerous family-friendly attractions, including The Milky Way Adventure Park (20 miles), the pretty fishing village of Clovelly (20 miles) and Tamar Lakes (10 miles) where you can enjoy a variety of water sports, walks and fishing. As you step into this charming cottage, you’ll soon notice the quaint blend of original and contemporary design throughout.

The ground floor unfolds with a well-equipped kitchen/diner featuring all the appliances needed for a stress-free stay, whilst the spacious dining space boasts a good-sized table, perfect for sharing both meals and the best moments of the holiday over your favourite tipple. The inviting lounge, with its unusual hexagonal shape, original beams and generous size offers comfortable seating options and plenty of board games and a wii console for all the family to enjoy, or watch your favourite film on the Smart TV.

Through the hallway, you'll discover three inviting bedrooms: the main bedroom offers a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room and French doors opening onto the patio whilst the second and third bedrooms both provide twin single beds ( (1 twin can be made as a super king on request). Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC.

This attraction is really unique in that you have the opportunity to gain a rare insight into a working sanctuary.  You can see first hand all of the fantastic work carried out as well as seeing the monkeys themselves.  Other popular areas of this attraction include the Bat Cave and Wildlife Room. the Wildlife Gardens and the kids play area.  There is something for everyone at The Monkey Sanctuary and you can also sponsor and donate if you wish.  The cost to adopt a monkey is from just £2 a month.
