We've stayed here a couple of times now and Kipling House always impresses. The house itself is super comfyand the garden is perfect for our dog to run around safely. The location is spot on-just a short stroll into town with loads of shops, cafesand entertainment options. Plus, the dog-friendly beach is a real bonus. The housekeeper was lovely and helpfuland early check-in was much appreciated. Definitely recommend!

We've stayed here twice now and honestly, it's such a lovely place. The house is always spotless, warmand fully stocked with everything we need for a comfy stay. It's really family and dog friendly, which makes things so much easier. Clare, the housekeeper, is super helpful and quick to sort out any tiny issues. The location is perfect for exploring North Devon or even venturing into Cornwall. We're already thinking about coming back again!

Honestly, Kipling House was fantastic for our trip. It ticked all the boxes-spotlessly clean, stylishly decoratedand super comfy beds. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after long walks. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to a stunning beachand Westwood Ho! offers plenty of pubs and eateries. Parking for three cars was really handy. It's a modern, luxury homeand the owners clearly put a lot of thought into making it a five-star stay. We'd definitely come back!

We recently spent a lovely week at The Kipling House. The place is really well thought out, especially the kitchen which has everything you could need. The lounge is spacious and comfy, perfect to relax in after a day out. The rooms felt bright and airy, which we loved. The location is spot on-just a 15-minute walk to local shops like Tesco Express and a fantastic Thai restaurant. Also, the Pier House is a short 10-minute walk along the promenade, definitely worth checking out!

As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.
