With ample space for up to 12 guests across three bright and welcoming family-friendly bedrooms, the property makes a fantastic base for exploring the area’s glorious beaches, bustling market towns and unforgettable countryside.

Perfect for spending a day in Bude, this characterful single-level getaway has a bubbling hot tub and access to 7 acres of beautiful shared grounds. Entering the property, head through to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen which has comfortable seating, a Smart TV, a handy breakfast bar and ample equipment for rustling up family feasts which you can enjoy in the separate dining room.

With a pair of large farmhouse-style tables, the dining room is perfect for special occasions. Exploring this airy lodge further, there’s a choice of three colourful and cheerful bedrooms, each with a double bed and a set of bunk beds.

The accommodation is rounded off with three invigorating shower rooms. Outside, the enclosed patio garden has plenty of outdoor seating alongside a soothing hot tub.

Private off-road parking is available for three cars. The holiday park has a children’s play area and a shop, with a river running through the surrounding grounds offering tranquil walking trails with picturesque views.

Bude (2.5 miles) has a golf club and some fantastic places to eat and drink, as well as some gorgeous sandy beaches. Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay are further along the coast, both within 12 miles.

To the north, walkers can explore the Hartland Heritage Coast (2 miles), while attractions inland include Penhallam Manor, Dunsdon National Nature Reserve and Tamar Lakes Activity Centre, all within 8 miles.
