We had a lovely stay at Mettaford Farm, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was super well-equipped, making cooking easyand the hosts were genuinely friendly and eager to help with anything. The kids loved the games room and the pool, though we struck lucky with the weather, so we spent most days exploring the coast path and visiting the beach. For dog owners, it's worth noting the fencing is waist height, so if you've got an escape artist like ours, just be mindful. The early morning walks in the fields were a real highlight!

We had a fantastic stay at the upside down cottage! Everything we needed was thereand the views truly took our breath away. The private garden was perfect for our dog to roam around freely. We all enjoyed the swimming pool, saunaand hot tub - such a treat! The slow charger for our electric car was a real bonus. Location-wise, it's ideal - nearby, there's Clovelly, Appledoreand Instow, which is perfect for dog walks. Our granddaughter loved The Milkyway Adventure Park too. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The upside-down layout was a bit quirky at first, but we soon got used to it. The beds and linen were super comfy, cleanand fresh. We loved the beautiful location and the facilities are excellent! Everything was well thought out and made our stay really enjoyable. It was a great getawayand we would definitely go back. One slight hiccup was the internet connectivity which was a bit temperamental but didn't ruin our experience. Overall, a fantastic time!

We had a lovely stay, renting all three cottages for our family gathering of 10 from the 21st to the 27th of December. They are all two bedrooms, but we mostly gathered in Olive Cottage as it feels bigger and has a better layout. With three dogs, we appreciated that the gardens are completely secure. The kids loved the pool, although we didn't really use the games room. All the cottages are well equipped and the local village is under a 10-minute drive to pubs and shops. Plus, there's a big Asda, McDonald's, Domino'sand Aldi/Lidl just 25 minutes away in Bideford. We'll definitely return!

What a fantastic location! This great little cottage was really comfortable, cleanand warm. It was very well equipped too. The pool and games room were a massive hit with the family. Our dog especially loved the huge field to run around in. The hosts were really helpfull and pointed us to some lovely local beaches. We would highly recommend it and would definitely book again!

Fantastic location, a really charming peaceful cottage. The owners were super helpful. Brilliant open fields for walking the dog and just a quick drive to Westward Ho Beach which was great for the kids and the dog! We totally recommend the surf school there!
