The cottage is just a couple of hundred metres walk to a choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants and one of the best surfing beaches is just a mile away (or shorter if you stroll through the sand dunes).

A good-sized and extremely comfortable open-plan living/dining room overlooks the garden with patio doors leading out onto the patio.

A high-quality fully integrated kitchen provides everything you and your party will need to rustle up hearty meals. Open-plan stairs lead up to the first floor where the three bedrooms all overlook the garden.

There’s a zip-and-link super-king-size (which can be a twin on request), a further single bedroom with a trundle bed available to make twin beds, ideal for children, and a further single room. A first-floor shower room and an additional large shower room and WC on the ground floor add to the facilities.

Outside, the pretty garden welcomes you. Spend time chatting on the patio furniture or playing with the kids and dogs on the lawn.

A summer house provides some respite from the heat during summer and the hot tub will ensure you end all your evenings relaxed. There is also a surfboard rack and outdoor shower.
