boasts a stunning 2-mile-wide sandy shoreline, perfect for families and surfers alike. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Tarka Trail is easily accessible via Torrington Common (less than 1 mile), offering opportunities for walking and cycling.

Other notable attractions include the picturesque fishing village of Clovelly (13 miles), The Milky Way Adventure Park (12 miles), and RHS Rosemoor Gardens (1.5 miles). In the evenings, consider visiting The Plough, which hosts a vibrant lineup of events ranging from comedy to live music throughout the year.

Enter the property into the hallway which offers a spacious area for kicking off shoes and hanging coats. A downstairs shower room is conveniently situated within the entrance hall, perfect for sandy toes or a quick wash before using the hot tub.
