A six mile drive will bring you to Bude where you will find sandy beaches, the boating canal, leisure pool, golf course, a selection of shops, coffee shops and award winning restaurants and bistros.

This beautifully converted farmhouse provides a perfect holiday location for families or friends looking for a peaceful getaway set on a working farm. The property has been lovingly restored to its former glory and the original features truly add to its character and charm, making it a wonderful country retreat, yet close to great beaches and secluded coves.

Beyond the sprawling countryside that surrounds the property is the rugged Cornish coastline, which boasts vast sandy beaches, perfect for surfing, body boarding, swimming and long walks along the South West Coast Path. A six mile drive will bring you to Bude where you will find sandy beaches, the boating canal, leisure pool, golf course, a selection of shops, coffee shops and award winning restaurants and bistros.

Or take a day out to the fishing village of Clovelly with its steep, traffic-free cobbled streets that will take you back in time, or the fishing villages of Padstow and Boscastle which are also well worth a visit. Other attractions in the area include The Eden Project, The Milky Way, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Hartland Abbey and National Trust properties and gardens.

Inside the stunning property the contemporary kitchen provides an electric range cooker, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and many useful extras which you may need throughout your stay. The separate utility room is ideal for muddy boots and coats and has a washer/dryer, tumble dryer and sink.

There is also a separate downstairs WC. The lounge/diner is spacious and traditional with an inglenook fireplace housing a cosy wood burner, the perfect way to unwind on the leather sofas after a long walk while making use of the Sky TV, DVD, Nintendo Wii, iPod dock or the DVD library with over 100 films.
