The ground floor also contains a Scandi-style family bathroom with a freestanding bath, and four boutique-style bedrooms – two zip-and-link twin rooms, an en-suite king-size and a super-king-size. Climb the stairs to reach the hub of the home with high ceilings, natural light pouring in through the wide Juliet balcony doors and a rustic-chic feel throughout the neutral-toned and wooden decor.

The wooden dining table benefits from balcony-side views of the sea which sits between the plush velvet sofas of the lounge area and a contemporary white and blue fitted kitchen. Here, you’ll find a breakfast bar on the large kitchen island.

Continue to the top floor to reach a cosy snug with slanted ceilings and an ‘L’-shaped sofa in front of the TV. Outside is a garden with an enclosed lawn and a patio with furniture, a BBQ, a hot outdoor shower and a hot tub.

There is off-road parking for four cars. During your stay in the North Devon village of Instow, explore your surroundings to find a handful of traditional pubs, shops and the South West Coast Path within 0.5 miles.

Visit Instow Beach (0.5 miles) or head into the North Devon National Landscape for nature reserve trails, surfing beaches and quaint seaside towns (within 15 miles).

This is a really unique attraction in the Devon region with many unique events taking place throughout the year.  The Halloween Festival in October is well planned where you can take pumpkin carving workshops, ride the ghost train and go to witches flying school.  All year round there are some excellent

As well as gorgeous scenery, picnic areas and plenty of space for children to play the park offers a Play Area, Tea Room serving local produce, a Petting Zoo where little ones will love meeting the affectionate animals and Nature tTails. Milky Way Adventure Park - EX39 5RY

The Milky Way Adventure Park is a fun day out for the whole family and has rides and attractions for all ages. There are four major rides including a thrilling roller coaster and an amazing vertical slide for the older kids and grown ups and six fascinating live shows which will entertain the whole family. During your visit you can enjoy bird of prey experiences, find your way out of the maze and feed and cuddle the baby animals.
Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park - EX34 0NG

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park  is a big hit with families and has a wonderful setting within 26 acres of Sub Tropical grounds. During a stroll around the site you will encounter so of the worlds most endangered animals and also take a peek back to prehistoric times when Dinosaurs roamed the earth. The park is home to the worlds only full size animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex as well as Lions, Wolves, Sea Lions, Meerkats and many other species, Top attractions include the amazing Sea Lion Shows, Falconry Display and Sea Lion Swims.
Exmoor Zoo - EX31 4SG

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families.  There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings.  Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast".  There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga.  As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.
Dingles Steam Village - EX14 0RS

Dingles Steam Village is an all weather attraction crammed with activities for the whole family to enjoy. The site has a wonderful Café serving home cooked meals, a fun Soft Play Area for younger children, an Agility Course for older kids and several Nature Trails for the family to explore together. The site also displays working and static exhibits of Steam Engines as well as old Fairground Rides so is educational as well as fun!
