Instow beach lies just 1 mile away, offering sandy shores, waterside walks, and beautiful estuary views. Instow also has a range of pubs and restaurants, and a popular deli, to explore.

The Tarka Trail can be accessed just half a mile away, with bike hire available en route. Guests can also take the seasonal ferry over to Appledore, a charming fishing village, or visit the golden sands of Westward Ho!
