We've just had our second visit to The Secret Burrow and honestly, it's still a gem. Having extra family with us made it even better, chilling in the sun outside while listening to birds and watching the dogs nap on the grass was lovely. The location is perfect-there are lovely walks right from the doorstep leading to the coast, or a quick drive to some stunning towns and beaches. I've genuinely fallen for North Devon thanks to this place. Can't wait to come back again! It's just such a relaxing spot.

The Hobbit House looked lovely and cosy. We enjoyed some chilled wine, crispsand chocolate biscuits. The hot tub was fantastic, especially under the stars. Perfect spot for exploring Devon!

We stayed for five nights in October and honestly, it was fantastic. My partner and I brought along her 86-year-old mum, who had such a good time she didn't want to leave! She's now curious about all things Hobbit after loving the decor. The place is beautifully secluded, with amazing attention to detail everywhere. A big thank you to Mr and Mrs Garrett for making our stay so special, especially the lovely welcome basket. We really appreciated everything and hope to return soon!
