We loved this place for a big family get-together! Celebrating my 70th with the kids, grandkidsand even the dogs, it was just perfect. The kids had loads to do, the walks were lovelyand the log fire was great for cosy evenings. Honestly, we all left exhausted but happy. Would definitely recommend for a big group!

We spent a lovely weekend here celebrating my dad's 80th birthdayand honestly, it was perfect. The house is huge, super cleanand has such a homely feel-I'd love a kitchen like that! The space is well thought out; we never felt cramped, but it still felt cosy. The little touches like towels, firewood, tea, coffeeand cake were thoughtful. My parents stayed in the adjoining cottage which was just as comfy. The spa pool and peaceful countryside setting made it even more special. Definitely recommend!

Honestly, we had a fantastic stay. The bedrooms were spot on, really comfortableand the kitchen plus outdoor dining space was perfect for our group. There were 10 adults and 2 kids, but honestly, another 2-4 people could easily fit in without any trouble. We just got back from a weekend at Woolhanger Farmhouseand honestly, it was fantastic. With 11 of us, having a ground floor room and the separate cottage for a couple worked out perfectly. The kids had a blast exploring the lovely gardensand the older ones loved the games room and spa/sauna. The photos didn't quite do the place justice-it's much bigger and quirkier than it looks. We loved our stay so much, we almost didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be coming back. Cheers!

It was well stocked with essentials like dishwasher tablets, soapand salt & pepper - which was a nice surprise.
