Stargazer Copse Gate Reviews

Sam
The cottage was fantastic - super spacious and the hot water was perfect. The shower was great, too. Only downside was a bit of dirt in the hot tub, but overall, we loved it!
Harriet
Stargazer truly feels like a good place in the West Country! The location is secluded, with stunning views and total privacy-except for the sheep, of course. The place is solidly built yet charmingand the decor is tasteful. Having exclusive use of the hot tub was a real treatand the farmhouse breakfast each morning was a lovely touch. Charlie and Lucy are fantastic hosts who clearly love what they do. We honestly couldn't have asked for more!

We absolutely loved the setting, it's stunning. At first, we were a bit sceptical since it's our first time booking through this site, but it turned out to be fantastic. If you're into farms, animals, long walksand a quick trip to the beach, definitely give it a go!
Tom
We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless and really well looked after. The owners are genuinely lovely, going out of their way to make sure everything's perfect. They've thought of all the little things you might need, which made our visit so comfortable. The breakfast was a proper farmhouse English one, cooked fresh by them-such attentive hosts. Even on a busy morning, they joined us for breakfast, which was so nice. Can't wait to come back again!
James
We had a fantastic time staying in the Shepherd's Hut! It's much more spacious than the usual huts, with all the amenities you'd need. The views across the farm are stunningand relaxing in the hot tub after a long walk was just perfect. Big thanks to Charlie and Lucy for their warm hospitality and delicious breakfasts, they really made our stay memorable!

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were genuinely warm and super helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast they prepared was absolutely lovely, really set us up for the day. The farm setting is so peacefuland the hot tub under the stars was a real highlight. It's close enough to Bridport and Lyme Regis for easy exploring, plus the kitchen facilities in the hut are handy if you prefer cooking your own meals. We'd definitely come back!

This year round attraction has been described as Devon's most magnificent historic gardens.  Located in the Otter Valley area of East Devon you can enjoy a fun day out in a picturesque setting. Highlights include historic Palm house, containing some of the world’s most endangered species and Bicton Woodland Railway - which takes you on a 25 minute journey through the lovely grounds.  For children there is a miniature village with mini golf, nature trail and indoor play area.
