The property is less than a mile to family-friendly Hamworthy Beach, with its iconic beach huts, café, enclosed paddling pool and children’s play area and Poole Quay, here you’ll find ferries to Brownsea Island and the Jurassic Coast, many bars and restaurants in the Old Town, and the newly renovated Poole Museum. Poole’s famous Blue Flag beach, Sandbanks, is just 5.5 miles away.
Enjoy miles of golden sand, a beach sauna, and the perfect spot for relaxing, paddling and water sports from paddle boarding to kite surfing. There are plenty of eateries and BBQ areas for picnics.
A chain ferry for cars and foot passengers serves the Purbecks for wider explorations. For a quieter day, the historic riverside market town of Wimborne Minster and Kingston Lacy Estate are both within 10 miles.
