Lovely area to stay in and both the cottage and harbour area had everything we needed. So pleased we managed to add a couple of extra nights to our holiday.

A superb property - peaceful, spacious, with great views and just a stroll down the lane to the village and marina. We were fortunate to have hot weather and made good use of the private garden, hot tub, BBQ and seating area - the bi-folding doors bring the outside in. Comfortable, clean with all mod cons and friendly caretakers who do a great job to make sure you have all you need. The daily steam train is a real treat and Wednesday market day worth a visit. We hope very much to return.
Natasha

We found this to be an absolutely first class home away from home for our Christmas holiday. Finding a fully decorated tree was a real treat. The property is in an excellent position with stunning sea views and only a short walk into town. The kitchen was beautifully equipped and the two ovens were a real bonus for preparing Christmas dinner. The l ounge was cosy and comfortable as were the bedrooms. There was plenty of storage in all parts of the house. We would most definitely recommend.

Helen
Highgrove is a sociable house in which to rest, relax and recuperate. Hot tub definite hit. The house can get hot as the sun is on the back of the property for much of the afternoon so before you go out for the day pull all the curtains and blinds closed and that keeps the house cooler for when you return. We had no problems with the property and w e very much enjoyed our stay and found both the owners and the housekeepers very helpful and informative.
Anita
A lovely house in a great location & fabulous views. The house was very well equipped & we felt at home immediately. It was spotlessly clean & there is plenty of storage. The housekeepers called to see how we were getting on & were extremely helpful. We had a really relaxing holiday.
