Berllan

We stayed here as a group of 8. Two families with older teensyoung adults. It was perfect! We needed a lot of space and the house provides that. All 4 bedrooms are spacious with huge, comfortable beds. The kitchen living area is huge with everything you need to cook and prepare, including 2 x fridge freezers. The separate living room was ideal too. We loved the garden and hot tub and it was a real suntrap in the afternoons. We found the location great for exploring Anglesey. Regular trips to Benllech for Tesco, fish & chips, Chinese Indian takeaway just 5 minutes away. Mandy & Steve were very helpful prior to and during our trip. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing property and excellent info from the owners who couldnt be more helpful. The property is so well appointed with high quality appliances, sofas and very comfortable beds. I especially enjoyed the hot tub. This property is 5 stars through out and would highly recommend it. This is the second time Ive stayed here and would happily return again.

In a word amazing. Beautiful property and absolutely spotless. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need and more. We cant wait to come back again. Anglesey and Berllan were everything we had hoped for. Mandy kept in touch throughout our stay and it was refreshing to deal with a host that wants to ensure we had the best stay possible. I would highly recommend Berllan. The home was absolutely beautiful. It was comfortable and very well equipped. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. The finish of the house and decor throughout was luxurious. We had an absolutely brilliant stay here and would definitely rebook this property. The hot tub was a definite bonus too!

Berllan was a fantastic stay in a beautiful cottage. It was spotless, warm, cosy and homely. It had everything required for a lovely relaxing peaceful holiday break, it was 5 plus! It is ideally situated to visit local places of interest and coastal walks. Mandy and Steve are excellent hosts and are always there if needed, but never intrusive. We have recommended this property to friends and family and will definitely return in the future.

Fantastic week spent at amazing property, owners have thought about everything you could need, comfy sofas, beds, large tvs, even down to air fryer and every kitchen implement you could want, loads of room for 8 people and wont feel crowded, really is a home from home and definitely would stay again and recommend to all.

This is an absolute beautiful property. Unfortunately most of us had bad colds and would have appreciated a tv in the bedrooms but other than that it was a fabulous holiday. Bet its lovely in the summer x

Absolutely fantastic stay here, the host Mandy was absolutely brilliant. She couldnt have been more helpful. Defo a good spot. We used it for Snowdon which was 30 mins away. Thanks again for having us and we will be back.

This was our second time at Berllan and was just as perfect as the first. Excellent communication with Mandy & Steve before, during and after our stay. On arrival a lovely and generous and much appreciated welcome pack was waiting for us. Berllan is spotlessly clean with a very well equipped kitchen. The spacious living area has top quality fixtures and fittings. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and storage space, the beds were extremely comfortable. Great showers. Weather permitting, even managed to get in the fabulous hot tub. We'll be back soon!!!!

Fantastic Property & Holiday Beautiful property, spacious, clean & well equipped. Lovely garden, great seating & fabulous hot tub. The openplan kitchendinnerlounge had absolutely everything, we didnt want to leave. Great base with lots to do. We visited Beaumaris & enjoyed a great boat cruise to Puffin Island. Had a lovely walk on the beach at Red Warf Bay. We visited Penrhyn Castle, which has a fantastic house & grounds. Caernarfon is also worth a visit. You can board a pleasure flight or just watch the arrivals & departures. The caf is also great & is dog friendly. We visited Moelfre to see the lifeboat station, did some seal spotting & enjoyed an ice cream. There is also a great Chinese takeaway just down the road if you dont fancy cooking. It is by far the best property we have ever stayed at you will not be disappointed. The welcome pack was also a lovely touch. We will definitely be back !

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival, beautifully maintained, and very spacious perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The rooms were bright and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Its a lovely place with a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both short breaks and longer stays. We wouldnt hesitate to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and very nice holiday home.

Berllan is an amazing property to stay at. Mandy the owner was so helpful and friendly the welcome pack was so thoughtful. The property has everything you could need for a fabulous stay. Everywhere was spotless. The property is in a great location, there is lots of lovely places to visit. Whilst we stayed at Berllan we visited Beaumaris and Trearddur Bay which were both great places to visit would highly recommend the Sea Shanty restaurant the food was amazing. Our stay at Berllan was wonderful. The house is absolutely amazing!! The photos dont do it justice, everywhere was super clean, loads of space to sit, the kitchen had everything you could need including two fridge freezers and cookers!! Beds really comfy.Felt completely at home. The garden was gorgeous loads of garden furniture and the hot tub is an added bonus, so lovely to sit in the peace and quiet after a day exploring Anglesey. A lovely welcome pack of Welsh goodies awaited us on arrival and was very much appreciated. Correspondence with Mandy and Steve was second to none! All in all, cannot recommend Berllan enough, fantastic house and area10 out of 10!!!

We found the owners Mandy and Steve were very helpful and promptly dealt with any minor problems we had. They kindly left a lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated. The cottage was well equipped clean ,spacious but still cosy. After exploring during the day it was fantastic to return and relax in hot tub in the evening.I would definitely recommend the cottage to friends and family.

We have used Sykes Holiday Brokers for many years now, and have stayed in many different location across the UK. On speaking to the owner, we explained that Berllan was by far the best we have ever stayed in. Although we are only 3, we always look for something special even if it is a larger property. Our advice to other customers is to broaden your scope, do your research for restaurants and pubs locally and everything there is to see in and around the area. We can personally recommend Tavern on the Bay, which is about 2 miles away at Red Wharf Bay. Returning to Berllan in the future will most definitely be one on our list, as it has everything and more, with the owner Many & Steve only too happy to assist at a drop of the hat. We can wholeheartedly say you won't be disappointed if you stay at Berllan.

We have just returned from our second stay in Berllan and we already want to go back! Its an amazing property which is a home from home. Berllan is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need and more! Staying there is luxurious and perfect for breaks with our extended family. Beautiful home Friendly and helpful owners

We booked a long weekend at this property but should have booked longer! The house was amazing! It was in a great location just 5 mins drive from both Benllech and Red Wharf bay and about 10 mins drive from Beaumaris. The house was immaculate with a lot of extras I was not expecting and every little detail was thought about. We went with our teenage children, 13 and 19. We used the hot tub every single day which was a highlight for the kids. The kitchen had everything you could imagine for your stay, including a lovely utility room with a washing machine. It was also the little touches as well such as a lovely welcome pack with snacks and crisps. There were board games there as well which we didnt expect and the host did provide dishwasher tablets and cleaning materials as well which you dont always see in a holiday let. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate with clean towels in each room though we brought our own towels for the hot tub. The host could not have been more helpful and checked we were ok on arrival and departure Really recommend this cottage for anyone wanting a luxury stay at a beautiful and quiet location. We will definitely be going back there!

Berllan is a six star holiday property in every single way. We are a retired couple who research our holiday accommodations thoroughly seeking to ensure we get the Wow Factor on arrival ! Berllan is quite simply WOW PLUS !! From comfort to quality of fittings throughout, with every conceivable holiday requirement catered for. There are quite simply no negatives Highly and unreservedly recommended. Mandy and Steve are the perfect hosts.

Our stay at Berllan was outstanding. Very comfortable, spotless accommodation and absolutely everything one would need in the kitchen. We had he BEST time. Fantastic weather which was the cherry on the top. Communication with the host was brilliant. Very quick to answer any questions and we were made to feel incrediblely welcome. The welcome pack was delicious. 1010 customer care. Perfect location to. Everything like pubs, restaurants, grocery shops and coffee shops all close by. The review box isn't big enough for all the fantastic and lovely comments a stay at Berllan has to offer. 100 would visit again.

As grandparents we have just returned from a weeks holiday with our daughter, son in law and three grandchildren staying at Berllan. What a lovely half term week weve enjoyed. This probably has to be the best holiday home weve ever stayed at. I took some kitchen items on our holiday only to find they were provided for us there, such a well stocked kitchen with all you needed provided. The house is wonderfully decorated and the extremely clean which was important to us as sometimes weve stayed at places where this was badly lacking. The large garden and hot tub was an added bonus. Our grandchildren aged 8, 6 and almost three loved it and wanted to stay longer! The owners were very helpful and accommodating and we will definitely be going back. Thank you to them from us all.

This house is absolutely stunning everything you need was on hand

Wonderful experience and would return without hesitation. The only negative point is it would be nice to have locks on the bathrooms and downstairs WC for privacy. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Spent 7 wonderful days over the Christmas period with family 6 adults and 2 children at this delightful house. The property is definitely 5 star, has everything anybody could ask for, the owners, Mandy and Steve should be really proud. Prior to us arriving, I spoke with Mandy to ensure we had the key code etc she made us feel really welcome even before we arrived. House was immaculate, interior design superb and plenty of room for all the family. Welcome Pack was also left for us containing goodies and a nice bottle of Prosecco to toast on Christmas Day during lunch. We used the hot tub which was really nice after conquering some long coastal walks and plenty of visits to the Ship Inn, which was approx 3540 minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend to others for a nice, quiet, relaxing break. Thanks again to Mandy & Steve .

Honestly one of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in and we stay in a few every year. Kitchen is the best equipped, full of everything you could possibly need. Loved it so much we booked it again for a similar time in 2025!!!

We have just spent a week in this fabulous property. Immaculate inside and out. Well equipped with everything you need. The owner Mandy was lovely and on hand to show us around and how things worked. This is the best rental property I have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return myself in the near future. Shelley

Berllan house is a beautiful holiday home with plenty of room for a family. The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. We particularly liked the open plan kitchenliving area and we used the lounge as a quiet space. The 2x ovensfridges etc were great for family meals and we had a dinner party and everything was there we needed, 3xcept a garlic crusher. The grandchildren loved the hot tub. Pros Beds were a little soft for us. Sofa placement in lounge meant difficult to see tv and it was placed too high on wall I recommend lowering the tv. The pillows are flat and recommend replacing. Bath is narrow. Table only had x6 chairs. No tumble dryer as advertised! Towels were small. We would return, thank you Mandy and Steve.

The kitchen, living areas were spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We have recently stayed at Berllan for a family birthday celebration and couldnt have wished for a more perfect place. We met Mandy and Steve on arrival and couldnt have asked for better hosts. The house is spotless and well equipped, its also in a lovely quiet area. We were blessed with the fantastic weather and also finding Berllan as wed looked at other homes in the area. We had a fabulous week at Berllan. The house is amazing. We loved the large spacious kitchenfamily room where we could all spend time together. The house has everything you could possibly need and more for a weeks holiday. All the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The showers were lovely with good water pressure and spotlessly clean. Our Grandchildren loved playing in the garden and we enjoyed watching them from the comfy outdoor furniture or the hot tub which was a real treat. Communication with Mandy before and during our holiday was great. Thank you Mandy and Steve for being such great hosts.

We had a fantastic family holiday here. The owners were so helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Mandy and Steve even went the extra mile and dropped off our daughters missing slipper to us which we had misplaced at the housewe had one very happy 3 year old indeed. House is spotless and exactly like the picture shown.
