We love the beach house. It is our 2nd stay here, as a family of 10. It is very well equipped, with beautiful views across the bay. Easy walking distance of local shop and restaurants. The hot tub was great, and also the games room kept everyone busy. The heating system was very effective, as the weather was not the best at times. The only thing was the single mattresses were a little lumpy, but nothing we couldnt put up with. Also a nice touch, the owner gives a courtesy call to make sure everything is ok. Would definitely recommend the Beach House.

Lovely cosy property. Great location and facilities. Loved the hot tub, log fire and playing pool. Lots of space for us to spread out. Enjoyed coastal walks from the doorstep, no need to use the car.

The Beach House is a beautiful home in a stunning seaside location. Everything you could ask for in a holiday home. Spacious, clean, wellequipped, quiet. Lovely gardens to the front and rear with plenty of outdoor seating. Across the road from the sea and only a ten minute flat walk to beautiful Trearddur Bay with golden sand, sparkling sea and great places to eat and drink. Holyhead retail park is five minutes by car and has all the big supermarkets if you decide to make use of the beautiful new kitchen. We had a very relaxing week in The Beach House and would highly recommend it, thank you.

What a lovely, comfortable house! We had a fantastic stay , managed to get all the family together with plenty of room for us all! Hot tub was an enormous hit, used evenings after a busy day exploring. Lovely location, fantastic views,we all loved it! Well equipped house, lovely setting, great for walks along the beach. Lovely eating places within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for such an enjoyable holiday at the Beach House. Was lovely to be within walking distance of the sea. Went with our two daughters and their families 10 of us altogether. Our 4 young grandchildren loved playing in the garden and we all enjoyed the hot tub!! Very nice, clean and spacious property. The barbecue could do with being replaced and probably a bigger one would be better. The garage and book shelf could do with a bit of a sort out and tidy. Also the outside of the property looks better on the Sykes website than in reality Please accept these comments as constructive criticism. Apart from these few little negatives, which can easily be sorted we thoroughly loved every minute our holiday there. Loved all the pictures, plaques and ornaments around the house and there was a great homely feel about the place. Could certainly tell it is a much loved family home, so thank you. Would certainly recommend this brilliant accommodation in such an amazing location too. We definitely would be more than happy to stay there again with no hesitation at all! Many thanks!!

A lovely week at The Beach House with our granddaughter, her relax week after her exams. We were very comfortable and happy with everything. Well be back same week next year, with our grandson, after his exams. Not sure what reason well use the year after, run out of grandchildren then

The Beach House was a delightful stay right by the sea in a perfect position. We felt spoilt being the first ones to use a brand spanking kitchen.The owners have thought of everything to make our stay home from home.Lovely area lovely Trearddur Bay will visit again.

We have just spent a long weekend here for my sister hen and we have all absolutely loved it. The house is perfect, loads of space, spotless and has everything you could need whilst away. The weather wasn't great for us but we did manage to have a dip in the hottub which was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying her. We also had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival which I thought was a lovely touch. Thankyou

A best place to spend your holiday. The house is fully packed with all the essentials, books,toys etc . Well organised for all different types of age groups. Well cleaned. Highly recommend.

The Beach House had everything we needed. There was 7 of us staying and was enough room for everyone to sit not always the case in other properties we have stayed at Everything needed in the kitchen was available. The only gripe we had was the mattresses need turning or replacing. Other than that, I would highly recommend The Beach House

Great house with beautiful views in a great location, we loved every minute of our stay and would definitely stay again.

Lovely property, everything we needed was available. The layout was perfect, the beds comfortable the kitchen well stocked. Great access to the Beach, Bars and local restaurants all within a short walk. If I could find any fault, which was minor was the area around the hot tub and the back garden. Needed a bit of TLC. Our family, with an 18 month toddler in tow, enjoyed every minute and would go back tomorrow. Big thank you from the Browns x

Great place to stay, the property had everything that we needed and we loved the little helpful tips which were in the most convenient of places. The only small point I would make is that a couple of the rooms could do with a lick of paint, other than that everything was great, Thanks.

Spent a lovely long weekend with friends. Great space to chill out and watch the sea. The house had everything we needed. Great lounge with log burner, fantastic kitchen with an island and little snug ideal for our kitchen disco! The bedrooms had loads of storage we loved it. Its in a great location to go exploring. Would recommend this for friends or family its ticks every box was sad to leave but we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay the location is stunning and the house extremely wellequipped with everything we could need. The hot tub an added bonus and the bottle of wine on arrival. The owners provided really helpful information about the property and surrounding area and also gave us a courtesy phone call to ensure we had everything we needed a nice thought.We would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

We had a great stay. Everyone thought the property was fab. Only issue we had was the dishwasher wouldn't work, said error the whole time. No biggy at all though we just washed up. Beautiful views from the house and the little decking area was perfect for afternoon drinks in the sun with a great view.

5 adults stayed at The Beach House, one of which is special needs and blind. It is a beautiful big bungalow with very few steps. The rooms are all a fantastic size. Everywhere was spotless. We only used the hot tub once but it provided plenty of laughter. The kitchen is amazing with a stunning view from the sink. There was everything you could think of in the kitchen inc a very nice bottle of wine. Great place for getting around from. Some nice restaurants and a fab Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. We would all definitely return.

What a fabulous location and generous sized property. Easy off road parking with space for several cars. An easy flat walk along to Trearddur Bay where we spent a lot of our time. Beautiful sandy beach nestled amongst rocky coves. Great places to eat out. Larger retail complex just a few minutes drive away in Holyhead. We were very comfortable in the Beach House and had a lovely relaxing break. Thank you.

The house, massive by the way, is more than an idyllic spot for adventure. It is in the most ideal spot foe peace and quiet and near enough to the facilities. Beach and eateries all really close. The rooms were brilliant for all, the equipment worked and the extras not listed were fantastic. Hot tub was great. If I had to add any requirements then it would be the upgrade needs for the house, it has not been renovated for a little while and could do with it. The renovation is not going to stop people wanting to use this beautiful place. We enjoyed it massively. Thank you David and Claire.

A large house on a good plot, ideally laid out to accommodate the 10 person capacity. With some good facilities and a fantastic location. However an unusual style of presentation, and poor cleanliness and maintenance meant that for us that the full potential of the property was not realised.

An absolutely gorgeous stay you really have thought of everything for the whole family! Great facilities with plenty of bathrooms, utility room, outside tap, lots of storage, play room for the kids and a large living room for us all to relax in the evening. There was 8 in our group 3 families we had plenty of room for our own space or to come together as a family group. BBQs were great fun, kayak was a brilliant adventure and plenty of equipment in the house too. I would suggest upgrading the BBQ as this one was a little tired. But it works fine really. Also the information book needs a little updating we had to take a trip to the minor injuries unit whilst there so I updated the number in the book for this as it was wrong. Overall an absolutely perfect stay and we had the BEST time highly recommend this house and the very thoughtful owners that have covered all basis!

Wonderful location and property. We were three generations and all had a superb time. Nothing to do with the property but we had a tyre burst on our car. Due to the typesize of tyre, we had to wait 24 hrs for a tyre to be brought to the island. The property owners went above and beyond to help.

A lovely spacious bungalow in an idyllic setting. We had the best weekend. Long walks on the coastal path, lovely food in local restaurants and then relaxing in front of a roaring fire with good friends.

Everything you needed.

We had a great holiday in Treaddur and enjoyed the space in the Beach House. The hot tub was well used, as was the games room. As two families together, it was nice to have space to spread out, as well as enjoying the shared spaces. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were so thank you for the quality matresses!. Would certainly recommend to other groups or families. There were a few lightbulbs that needed replacing in the kitchen.
