With great sea views from an elevated position, this Holiday Cottage is on a working farm near Aberaeron and Aberystwyth. In addition to the coastal delights (including the famous West Wales dolphins) and numerous beaches nearby, the Cambrian mountains have a lot of activities to offer, including great walking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing and even a chance to feed the red kites that swoop overhead.

An ideal base for your holiday in West Wales. Ground Floor Fully equipped kitchen and diner with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and full sized fridge freezer and breakfast bar.

Spacious lounge with comfy L shaped sofa, smart TV, and patio doors. Dining table for 4.

Bathroom with walk in wetroom, wc, heated towel rail and basin Bedroom 1 - Super King or twin, wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table and stool (2 singles as default so please let us know when booking if you require twin) Bedroom 2 - King bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and mirror Ground source underfloor heating throughout the property Outside Rear patio area, side and rear lawn areas with sea view. Very high standard of finish throughout the building â?? itâ??s rare to find interiors done this well. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the view from the living room straight onto the sea is truly impressive. Watching the sunset from the sofa is absolutely unforgettable. The amenities were exactly as described, everything well-thought-out and in excellent condition. The private parking space was a great bonus. The sauna was the perfect addition and really completed the whole experience. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful â?? you can clearly see they care about their guestsâ?? comfort. A perfect place to relax, definitely worth recommending. We would gladly return!

This is a really great property in a beautiful location with a fantastic view over down the valley and sea. In good weather you get a fantastic sunset over the sea. There are three steps up from the kitchen area to the lounge/diner. other than that the property is flat. And easy accessible. Great shower in the wet room. Easy access to Aberystwyth to the North and Aberaeron to the South. Although the property is on a working farm, There is no noise or disruption from the farm. Owners greeting on arrival and are on site should any problems arise.
