Little Pale Reviews

I dont have the adequate words to describe this beautiful property and its location. The write up definitely understates the property and all its features. We regularly have a family get together and this property is our favourite. We had 9 adults, 4 children and 4 dogs. The bedrooms are spacious, all with tvs and beautiful views. Beds are so comfortable, we all slept very well. House was warm. Every room has its own thermostat so anyone that feels the cold can be toasty and on the opposite side which was most of us, you can turn the thermostat to its lowest setting. Extras I never expected, hand soap, toilet rolls aplenty, towels, flannels, bathmats all in large well stocked airing cupboard. Dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee and sugar! Kitchen is very well stocked with equipment. Two full size ovens. Large hob! Very large fridge and freezer. Plenty of crockery to keep dishwasher use to minimum. Washing machine and tumble dryer clothes airer very useful with kids. My favourite was the dining table for us all to sit around and eat and talk together. Our children loved the football field. Spent hours up there safely playing with a ball. Dogs enjoyed their walks and there was a separate bin for Dog bags. Hot tub is very large and hot! 40 degrees! The night sky was beautiful. So clear with no light pollution. WiFi and phone reception was amazing. Although we tried to keep the kids screen time and ours to a minimum to enjoy the outdoors. Wildlife is abundant. Was lucky enough to hear and then see a woodpecker! If all that wasnt enough, the owners and their family were so welcoming and helpful they really were the cherry on top. Elizabeth really has a fabulous eye for detail and design. Loved her cushions so much, I researched them and bought some for myself. Im sure after posting this I will think of more. We all loved it here and will definitely be back making more special memories!
We stayed in the Little Pale over the Christmas week and it was absolutely beautiful. Adrian and Elizabeth were extremely welcoming and helped us through out the week. The house was spotless and beds were extremely comfortable. We walked into the woods with had beautiful views, followed by the hot tub which was a hit with everyone. We cant wait to return!

We stayed at Little Pale for my husbands 50th birthday, what an absolutely stunning place, very secluded and they had everything there for a great stay. Beautiful place and we also had an Indian delivered to us which was great, the hot tub is an added bonus and the house was just so comfortable and warm, we all enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend Little Pale. Elizabeth and Adrian met us on arrival and were very helpful, also had a box of chocolates and bottle of wine left for us, lovely touch. We will 100 return to this beautiful place.

We booked the house for the weekend to celebrate my mother turning 60. The house was absolutely beautiful and big enough to accommodate 9 adults and 4 children! The hot tub was an added bonus and the pool table. The owners were brilliant and could do enough for us. I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely look to book again.

Weve just come back from a lovely weekend stay at Little Pale and honestly the place was absolutely fantastic. There were 12 adults in total and the house felt more than comfortable, immaculately clean, spacious and every little detail has been thought of! The property has been designed and furnished with luxury items, which have been looked after and make the home feel extra special. The hot tub is a major added bonus and is lovely to relax in taking in the stunning views around! We cannot wait to return again the hosts couldnt do enough to ensure our stay went smoothly, thank you so much both you were amazing. Whilst the property is lovely quiet and secluded, there is a lovely Indian which delivers and Pendine is a short drive away for a lovely beach trip! Thank you ever so much guys

We chose Little Pale for our 40th wedding anniversary somewhere we could bring our family to spend time together, we loved our stay, the house, the billiard table, the hot tub and a special favourite the rocking horse, the surroundings are amazing, the woods where you can walk for ages and within easy reach and travelling time of wonderful beaches our hosts Elizabeth and Adrian were very helpful and we enjoyed meeting them

Lovely property with everything that we needed although there were just 6 of us plus a mad cocker spaniel! Adrian and Elizabeth were great hosts and made us very welcome. Property is great and the views plus the quiet location made for a great stay.
Had an amazing time. ..loved everything about the house and location, the dogs loved the field and we would definitely look forward to visiting again
We absolutely loved this property. Facilities great and the area was so peaceful. Perfect for a large family holiday with plenty to do in the locality. Thank you also for allowing us to fence off a small area outside to allow our little doggies a secure area to have a run out in. It made our lives so much easier and is the only thing the property perhaps misses.
This property was absolutely stunning. We stayed as a party of 12 and it was still very spacious. We had an amazing time. The house was so well equipped. I have never stayed anywhere with such a well laid out kitchen! The owners were so great. I cant recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back.

The place was fantastic! ! Had absolutely everything you could want in the place !! The owners popped by the first day to explain a few things and they was so great !! Even the second day 1 of the guests with us staying their car battery died and they was around at the time luckily and did. It hesitate to help them ! The house was great but I tell you what the hospitality from the owners was even better !! If you want to stay in a fantastic house with even better owners I recommend this place !!
Loved the house and location, everything you need is catered for, friendly and warm welcome from Adrian and Elizabeth, high end house, tranquil setting and a pool table. Perfect.
This property is fabulous and the owners are the nicest and most helpful people youre ever going to meet.

What a lovely place! Elizabeth and Adrian were amazing and nothing was ok much trouble for them. The house was so clean and tidy and The hot tub was fantastic. The house got very warm at times even when we turned the thermostats down but this was a minor issue. Unlike other stays weve had at other cottages, this one was fully equipped with everything you need and all the daily essentials such as cleaning products, toilet rolls etc which makes the experience so much more enjoyable. Lots of space for the dogs to roam around in and very peaceful and quiet. We went out to sandy foot which is a local beach during our stay with was a lovely area and recommended. Overall an amazing stay and will definitely be booking again.

The 10 of us had such a lovely time at Little Pale. The hosts, Elizabeth and Adrian thought of everything and facilitated everything. They made the stay extra special with Christmas decorations. With the amazing views of 3 counties, the fresh Welsh air, waking up to beautiful sunrises across the hills, it was an amazing stay. The town and the people are so friendly, everyone wears a smile. We are looking forward to visiting and staying at Little Pale again soon.

Photos don't do the property justice. Warm, luxury house, with high end fittings. Very friendly owners. We were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday as a surprise with friends, owners even put a celebration balloon, wine, flowers and sweets in the property for us. Definitely recommend
Awesome house, set in stunning countryside. Little Pale is a one in a million property.
