The charming market town of Llandeilo is 7 miles away, where you’ll find independent shops and a variety of places to eat and drink alongside Dinefwr Castle / Newton Houe & Deer Park, part of The National Trust.

Head into Mynydd Du (the Black Mountain) to walk or cycle among remote, high peaks and deep, mystical lakes, with the highlights of Llyn y Fan Fach, the Picws Du peak, and Carreg Cennen Castle all within 16 miles. For a day at the beach, head to the charming village beach at Llansteffan 26 miles or the 8-mile golden stretch of Cefn Sidan, (near Llanelli ) 36 miles.
