Enjoy the sights as you walk and stop at scenic sandy coves including the Blue Flag-awarded, dog-friendly Aberporth (15 miles). Another nice day trip is to New Quay (20 miles) where you can try water sports like kayaking and paddleboarding, join boat trips for a spot of dolphin watching or visit the colourful harbour.

Step into the well-equipped kitchen where you can look forward to whipping up delicious meals for your loved ones, ready to enjoy at the dining table (that can seat eight) over a celebratory bottle of fizz. As the evening cools, retire to the sitting room where you can snuggle up on the plush seating in front of a much-loved family favourite on the Smart TV, as your pooch curls up front of the crackling wood burner.

Climb the stairs up to the first floor, where you can choose from three well-appointed bedrooms: a double and a bunk room with Jack and Jill access to a bathroom, and a family room with a double and a bunk bed with its own en-suite bathroom. All provide a comfortable night's sleep after a busy day of exploring.

Outside is a large garden, where your four-legged friend can stretch their legs and the little ones can enjoy the delights of the children’s play area. A games area with a pool table, darts and a seating area will provide plenty of excitment.

Old House Cottage Reviews

Harriet
We just got back from a lovely week at the old cottage. Our boxer had a blast chasing his ball in the enclosed gardenand the hot tub was perfect for unwinding after a day out. The cosy atmosphere in the evenings, with the log fire burning, made it really special. We enjoyed watching movies and playing games-such a relaxing break. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic time here! The outdoor space is really cool, with table tennis, dartsand even a converted taxi BBQ area. The hot tub was spotless and we used it loads. The owners are lovely, letting our little one feed chickens, ducks, geeseand horses - she loved it! The garden felt super private, which was great for relaxing. Honestly, a great place for families or groups. We'll definitely come back!

We really liked the location, especially being close to a lovely beachand the hot tub was a bonus. Playing darts was fun too! However, we were a bit let down by the cleanliness - the kitchen wasn't greatand some of the games room stuff was broken, like missing rubber pads on the ping pong bats and the pool queue. With a bit more attention to detail, this place could be really nice. Still, we enjoyed our stay overall!
Emma
Loved the peaceful vibe, surrounded by nature, truly a relaxing escape altogether.
