The little touches like toilet rolls, coffee, sugarand the welcome pack with milk and cakes made us feel extra cared for. The hot tub was a great bonus! Rhos-on-Sea is quiet, but the big beach is lovelyand nearby Llandudno offers more hustle and bustle. We’d definitely come back!

We had a fantastic time staying here! From the moment we arrived, we didn't want to leave. The place is super spacious, perfect for our family to spread out and relax. The hot tub and games room were real highlights, especially the back room leading to the hot tub - everyone loved unwinding there. The kitchen was big enough to cook for a crowdand the baby loved the cot and high chair. Close to amenities too. Definitely recommend for a family getaway!
Emma

We stayed here for Grandad’s 80th with 5 adults and 3 kids. The place was perfect for a big family get-together - plenty of space and really comfy. The hot tub was a hitand the games room with the pool table kept everyone entertained for hours. Location was spot-on, just a short walk to the beach and close to Zip World. Honestly, we’d definitely come back if we’re ever in North Wales again!

Really cosy cottage with top-notch everything. The beds are super comfyand we slept like logs. Definitely recommending to friends and hoping to visit again soon!
Alex Morgan
The house was really lovely, especially the spacious king-sized bedrooms. The en-suite single isn’t technically en-suite, but the shower room is right next door, which works fine. The other singles and downstairs rooms are simple but do the job. The kitchen is fully stocked, making cooking easy. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
Sarah
We had ten of us stayingand the house with six bedrooms and three bathrooms suited us perfectly. The hot tub was a lovely bonusand it’s just a short stroll to the beach. The owner also left some lovely little touches like biscuits, tea, milkand coffee. Nice touch!
Emily
Honestly, the cottage exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t quite capture how spacious and spotless it is - all of us were really impressed. We did wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub later than 9pm, as that felt a bit early, but apart from that, everything was perfect. We had such a lovely time and definitely plan to come back. The place really made our trip special!
Mark
We had a lovely stay here; the location is perfect, nestled in a quiet residential spot just a short stroll to the seafront and main village amenities. The place comfortably fits our group of ten-three couples, some young kidsand a baby-though the downstairs bedroom and shower room are a bit snug. The hot tub was a real winner, especially after long days out. A quick mention that some areas, like the sofas, could do with a deep clean. Overall, we’d recommend it if they tidy up those little cleaning issues!
Emma
We had a wonderful stay! The house felt super cosy and spacious enough for all eight of us. The location was spot on, perfect for strolls into Rhos on Sea and Colwyn Bay. We really appreciated having plenty of crockery, glassesand a dishwasher - made life so much easier. The lounge, pool roomand jacuzzi were fantastic. The oven and BBQ were spotless too. Just a heads up, there are a few steps leading to the downstairs toilet and bedroom, but no grab rails. Overall, we’d definitely recommend it - we loved our time there!
Emma
We loved this place! The house is stunning, super cleanand has everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the location is spot on - close to everything, though the hill to the beach might be tricky if you're not mobile. Perfect for exploring Snowdonia and nearby attractions. Definitely recommend!
