Arranged across three floors, the accommodation includes a huge open-plan living space and is complemented by a courtyard garden complete with a hot tub and outdoor dining suite.

Located amid gorgeous Gwynedd countryside, this striking holiday home impresses from the outset. A stone archway and iron gates announce your arrival.

Follow the path to the front door, and off the entrance hallway, you'll find two en-suite bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twins. On the first floor above, natural sunlight pours into the open-plan living space through large picture windows that capture stunning views towards Portmeirion, the Dwyryd Estuary and the mountains.

Comfortable seating is arranged before a Smart TV in the lounge area, the dining suite has seating for eight, and the kitchen is well-equipped and includes an island unit with bar-style seating, plus wonderful underfloor heating. A cloakroom adds convenience to the first-floor layout.

Upstairs, the second floor features two further king-size bedrooms, each with stylish en-suite facilities and superb views. Your living space extends into the enclosed courtyard garden, which has a cosmopolitan feel thanks to paths, feature planting and a selection of seating areas.

Bask in the hot tub, dine alfresco or simply soak up the sunshine; there's space to store bikes and private parking for four cars too. Holiday here and you're perfectly located for exploring the National Park.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog (6 miles) is home to the heritage railways that will transport you through spectacular scenery to Blaenau Ffestiniog (11 miles) or Caernarfon (24.5 miles). Closer to home, the remarkable Portmeirion (5 miles) is a must-see, while Harlech - rich in Welsh heritage and world-famous for its iconic castle - is only 4 miles.
