Step back in time to the world of luxury train travel and stay in this pretty carriage with your loved one. Located on a campsite in the Pembrokeshire countryside, it offers easy access to some of the best scenic sights and attractions in the area. Redberth (1. 5 miles) has a pub and a couple of shops for picking up amenities, or you could head to the glorious village of Saundersfoot (5 miles). The stunning beach has a golden stretch of sand and blue waters along with a picturesque harbour where you can try out a range of water sports. Further down the coast is the walled town of Tenby (5 miles) with its iconic castle ruins, four beaches, and several galleries and museums. Park up outside the open-plan carriage and climb the little steps into a world of history and colour.

Redberth (1.5 miles) has a pub and a couple of shops for picking up amenities, or you could head to the glorious village of Saundersfoot (5 miles). The stunning beach has a golden stretch of sand and blue waters along with a picturesque harbour where you can try out a range of water sports.

Further down the coast is the walled town of Tenby (5 miles) with its iconic castle ruins, four beaches, and several galleries and museums. Park up outside the open-plan carriage and climb the little steps into a world of history and colour.

Immediately as you step in you will find the living area and a compact kitchenette. You can rustle up something to eat and curl up on the sofa to watch a film or a TV show.

There is also a handy two-seater bistro set for more formal meals. Through here is a stylish shower room with a WC.

In a smaller, connected carriage, a bedroom with a sumptuous king-size bed for much-needed rest and relaxation. Guests will also have access to a shared utility room on site that contains laundry facilities.

Lead through the double doors out to a delightful decking area which has plenty of seating for morning coffees and evening sundowners in these stunning, tranquil surroundings. There is also a bubbling hot tub where you can soak away the day and unwind (available at the end of November).

Dinosaur Park - SA67 8DE

The Dinosaur Park is located in Tenby and makes the perfect family day out.  Activities on offer include fossil hunting, Dino Crafts, Pat a Pet and the treasure hunt.  For both toddlers and older kids there's an indoor adventure playground, ideal when the weather is not on your side.  The high-tec activity centre is always popular with interactive fun and education.  New in 2010 is Hooplasaurus.  Check out their website for the latest admission prices and what's on when you plan to visit.
Folly Farm - SA68 0XA

Folly Farm in Pembrokeshire is an award winning Farm attraction, offering fun for the whole family come rain or shine. The main attractions are the Zoo, Farm and Petting Barn and there is also a huge Adventure Play Area and a small funfair with traditional rides. Priced at just £8.00 for adults and £7.00 for children it offers excellent value for money. There are several places to eat and drink including a licensed bar and a family friendly restaurant.
Pembroke Castle - SA71 4LA

Pembroke Castle is thought to be the birthplace of the Tudor dynasty and is an excellent choice for a family day trip. The castle one of the areas most iconic landmarks and features an amazing 75ft high Great Tower! Visitors can also take a tour of the Norman Hall and the Exhibition Rooms where the displays change regularly. There is also a Picnic area and plenty of open space for children to run around in the grounds and gardens. The site also has a cafe and a gift shop.

Merlin Hill Centre is a working dairy farm located deep in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Although not a petting farm the farm is still very family friendly with plenty of fun activities to keep children happy. The farm has a good sized play area and plenty of picnic tables as well as a Farmyard Heritage Centre where visitors can learn all about Welsh farm life and about the mystical Legend of Merlin. Get there early if you want to watch the cows being milked!
National Botanic Garden of Wales - SA32 8HN

When the weather is nice this attraction is perfect as you can wander around and admire the superb range of exotic trees and shrubs.  They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn.  With various events throughout the year such as Apple Weekend there is always something new to experience.  You can watch a 90 second film about this attraction on their website which is excellent.
