Fairbanks Reviews

Laura
We booked this place for our family trip and everyone loved it! The house was spot-on, really lovely and comfortable. Honestly, it was just what we needed - nothing to complain about. Thanks a lot! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay.
James
Fairbanks is a lovely big place set in a super peaceful spot, yet still close enough to town for shopping. The house has plenty of space for everyone, with comfy views and a hot-tub that's perfect for unwinding. The games room and well-stocked kitchen made our stay even better. Communication with Debbie was smooth; she was always there if we needed anything. Overall, a great spot for any weather, we'd definitely come back!
Hannah
We had an amazing stay! The bedrooms were really spacious and the beds super comfy. Loved the bathrooms, especially the big bath downstairs-it was perfect after a long day. The kitchen had everything we neededand the huge dining table made it easy for all 10 of us to eat and play games together. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. The games room is always a highlight, with a fun pool table and cosy sofas. The hot tub was massive and a real hit with everyone!
Martin
We arrived to a lovely welcome basket, which was a nice touch. The house itself was really comfortable and we enjoyed making the most of the hot tub and games room. The upstairs lounge with the log burner felt super cosyand the dogs had a great time exploring the garden. The kitchen had everything we needed, making meal prep easy. We'd definitely recommend the Prince Llewelyn - their Sunday lunches are really good. Shame we didn't explore Builth Wells on foot, the road's a bit narrow and winding for walking. Still, a lovely stay overall!
George
We had a lovely stay in a gorgeous house, thanks to Debbie's great help. Everything from the facilities to communication was spot on. Definitely recommend it!
Emma W.
The house was lovely and well-stocked, with a hot tub and games room which was great since there's not much nearby. We had a lovely week, though a bit more cleaning wouldn't hurt. Overall, we'd definitely recommend it!
Sarah
Great location, comfy place, loved the neighbourhood, definitely coming back!
Daniel
Great place for a big group, really well maintained and fully equipped. The walk from Builth is a bit longer than expectedand some footpaths aren't signed, but overall, still a lovely stay!
Alex Morgan
We stayed in Fairbanks just after Christmasand it was such a lovely break for us. My sister and her family travelled down from Scotland to join my mum, my other sisterand ourselves for a proper family Christmas. The house was just right-spacious, beautifuland comfortable. Everyone had their own bedroom, which was great. We loved the hot tub and the games room with pool and arcade machines-so much fun! Plus, having our dogs with us was a huge bonus. Honestly, it was perfect for what we needed.
Emma
The house is stunning and perfectly situated-close enough to town but still peaceful. It truly feels like a home away from home. Definitely recommend it!
