The Yarwell

The Yarwell, a contemporary lodge on Rockingham Forest Holiday Park near King’s Cliffe, Northamptonshire, welcomes guests with private parking and an enclosed outdoor deck that invites fresh air and alfresco meals. Designed across a single storey, its layout gently guides you from one space to the next, encouraging shared moments without compromising privacy.

Step through the door and you’re met with a modern interior shaped by clean lines and natural textures. The open-plan living area blends kitchen, dining, and seating zones, creating a sociable hub where conversation flows as easily as the light through the windows.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, wine chiller, and breakfast bar, ideal for relaxed bites or morning coffee. Entertainment is woven in with a Bluetooth speaker and Smart TV (via Chromecast), while USB ports offer practical convenience.

Three bedrooms await: two doubles and one twin, each with its own Smart TV and en-suite. Two feature walk-in showers, while the third offers a shower over bath, ensuring everyone has their own space to refresh.

For families, a cot and highchair are available to hire. Outside, the decked area is furnished for dining or quiet moments, with a hot tub adding a touch of indulgence.
