The market town of Downham Market (12 miles) is another fabulous option. Step into the lodge and you'll find an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, where your group can play games and tuck into meals together.

A stylish and well-thought-out decor, featuring plants, artwork and homely decorative touches, makes you feel immediately welcome. There’s a cosy wood burner to keep you all warm during the chilly months, and huge bi-fold doors open to stunning views.

The lodge has one family bedroom with a king-size bed and bunk beds which are suitable for adults or children, making it great for family holidays or angling trips with friends. There’s an en-suite walk-in shower room with a WC, and a separate WC located on the opposite side of the lodge.

French doors from the bedroom lead out to a wrap-around enclosed decking area, ideal for lapping up those splendid views. There’s private off-road parking for two cars right by the lodge.

Outside, the private, enclosed decking area gives you access to a fully stocked fishing lake – wonderful for fishing or simply relaxing with a cuppa from the coffee machine.

Kingfisher Lodge Reviews

Susi
The lodge itself is very lovely - a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. The directions to reach the lodge once on the holiday park were quite misleading, we eventually found it at the bottom of the main track on the LEFT not right, as the website suggests. The key code provided with the booking-in information is incorrect, so it was necessary to call the owner in order to gain access when we first arrived and luckily she answered straight away.
Simon
Accommodation was excellent with a fantastic view of the lake, and great privacy - perfect place to chill out and relax. Facilities really good and the holiday park manager was really helpful.
