The cottage is just 5 miles from Rufford Abbey, with lake walks, gardens, an art gallery and cafes, and 7 miles from Welbeck Abbey, with beautiful woodland and parkland walks, shops, and restaurants.

You will find your holiday home down a drive with plenty of parking. Head left, around the back towards the garden and take a minute to enjoy the breathtaking views.

Head inside and be greeted by the large fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to rustle up the perfect family meal which can be enjoyed around the dining table and chairs. When it is time to relax, choose either the main lounge with garden views, sofas and a Smart TV or relax in the snug with the open fire, another Smart TV and a cosy ambience.

There is a convenient downstairs WC, utility room and dedicated office space in the hall. Heading upstairs, there is a super-king-size bedroom, a double bedroom, and a bunk bedroom.
