Rusty Lane Safari Lodge is a luxury glamping lodge tucked into the Wiltshire countryside near the village of Seend, just outside Melksham. Perfectly secluded and privately positioned, this detached safari-style lodge is designed for couples or two sets of friends who want something well above the ordinary.

The lodge sits close to the Kennet and Avon Canal with towpath walks right on the doorstep. The North Wessex Downs and the Cotswolds are both within easy reach. Seend village shop is a short walk over the canal bridge. Melksham and Devizes both have supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The lodge sleeps 4 across two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a 4ft 6in double bed and Bedroom 2 has two 2ft 6in single beds.

Rusty Lane Safari Lodge is a luxury glamping lodge tucked into the Wiltshire countryside near the village of Seend, just outside Melksham. The lodge sits close to the Kennet and Avon Canal with towpath walks right on the doorstep.

You may have seen this amazing attraction on the BBC1 Animal Park programme.  This is actually the first safari park outside of Africa where you can get close to the animals from the comfort of your own car. Some of the highlights include the zebras, the wallabies in wallaby wood and the sea lion escorted cruise to Gorilla Island.  And of course the magnificent lions and tigers are a must see.  This really is an animal experience with a difference and you can save money by booking your tickets online.  This attraction is open until the end of October. Studley Grange Garden and Leisure Park is a fantastic attraction based in Swindon, Wiltshire.  For nature lovers and those who like to get out and explore this is the perfect day out.  It's also an all weather attraction with Butterfly World being part of the site.  Butterfly World is kept at around 85 degrees year round so this makes a perfect place to visit in all seasons. A visit to the Craft Village is also recommended where there are a wide range of handcrafted gifts.
