The accommodation is located down a private lane, on a working farm with an equestrian centre which is an asset to the rural destination of this Lancashire abode.

Whilst this isn’t a beach to sit and sunbathe on, it is a fantastic viewpoint from which to admire Morecambe Bay. A local seaside spot for ball games and lounging can be found at Fleetwood Beach (6.5 miles), or a little further away in the lively world-famous resort that is Blackpool (10 miles).
An immense sense of spaciousness is immediately noticeable at this holiday property; it’s a place with high, vaulted ceilings and generously proportioned rooms. On the ground floor, a large open-plan living space consists of a lounge, kitchen, and diner, complete with a flame-effect electric fire at one side of the room to keep things cosy when it’s blustery outside.
The living room offers an excess of seating options set opposite a Smart TV, so keep some movies in mind whilst planning your trip. Through an open doorway, the kitchen offers contemporary styling, modern fixtures, and two dining options at the dining table, as well as the breakfast bar set for three.
Move through the hallway to also reach the games room, complete with a full-sized snooker table and a spot to play darts. Completing the interior space, discover the luxurious touch of a sauna.
This is an amazing Cumbria attraction well known locally as well as nationally for how close you can get to the animals. Described as the most interactive animal park in Europe it's well worth a visit if you are staying in the area. Open from April to end October some of the highlights are the tigers, penguins, bears, hippos and rhinos. At 2pm during certain seasons it's feeding time so don't forget to plan your day around this so you can watch the animals enjoying their feed. Look out for seasonal events such as Halloween Zoo Boo (free entry for kids in fancy dress) and The Magic of Christmas.
