Step outside into the amazing wrap-around garden with a patio area at the front and a large, lawned garden and patio area to the rear where you can sit in the sunshine with your morning coffee or dine alfresco on a warm summer’s evening. After dinner, retire to the cosy lounge to relax on comfortable seating in front of the warming wood burner.

At bedtime, head upstairs to find two spacious and inviting bedrooms with comfortable beds for a peaceful night’s sleep. This beautiful cottage is located less than 4 miles from the historic town of Alnwick.

Don’t miss the town’s market day every Thursday and Saturday for fantastic local produce, and there are independent shops, a theatre, cafes, bars and restaurants to sample too. Take a tour of Alnwick Castle or visit the famed Alnwick Gardens, home to the world's largest Tai Haku cherry orchard and a 'Grand Cascade' comprising 120 water jets as well as the world's largest treehouse restaurant.

Stroll barefoot on Alnmouth’s sandy beach (2.5 miles) and browse the village shops, pubs and cafes. Alternatively, discover Warkworth Castle (5 miles) and the friendly port of Amble (6 miles) with its renowned seafood restaurants.
