We loved the cosy cottage, perfect for relaxing walks and exploring nearby attractions. The local pub was a real bonus! Just a small heads-up - it'd be great if they provided some cooking saucepans next time.

We had a lovely stay at Blacksmith's Cottage, using it as a base to explore North Yorkshire's stunning coast and countryside. The cottage's design is really clever, packing in loads of comforts and facilities despite its cosy size. It was perfect for our breakfast mornings, with all the pans and utensils we needed. Just a heads up, being a listed building, the doorways are lower than usual and the staircase twists a bit, so it's worth being cautious. Overall, a charming place with character!
Mark
We had a fantastic time at the cottage! The layout was really cosy and well thought out. It was a lovely touch to find snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The area is stunning with plenty of places to explore. The host was friendly and always available if we needed anything. The hot tub was definitely a highlight!
