A fabulous base for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, this light-filled property features a soothing hot tub and a raised decked area providing an ideal spot for taking in the magical surrounding views. A few steps lead up onto the decked area surrounding the lodge, and then through into the welcoming hallway.

This leads you into the delightful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a high ceiling and bi-fold doors allowing natural light to stream in. The cheery lounge has a Smart TV, a coal-effect electric fire and plenty of seating, alongside a sweet central dining area and a sleek kitchen with a useful breakfast bar.

Exploring this bright and airy property further, you will have a choice of two colourful and relaxing king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. The accommodation also features a bathroom with a free-standing bath and shower, and a utility room.

French doors lead out from the living area onto the sunny decked space which features plenty of garden furniture, offering an ideal spot for sitting back and taking in the beautiful vistas of the Scottish Borders as you dine alfresco. There's also a bubbling hot tub for you to unwind in while younger guests play on the lawn.

Guests are welcome to explore the surrounding grounds which stretch across 86 acres. Parking is available on the drive for two cars.

Kielder Water Bird of Prey Centre - NE48 1BT
about 18 Miles
Housing the most fascinating collection of Birds of Prey in the North East this centre is definitely worth a visit if you are staying in the Kielder Water area. Located in Falstone it's easy to get to and makes a great day out for both families and couples.  As well as seeing the amazing birds you can learn all about the captive breeding programme and the excellent work being done there.  Some of the highlights of the day might include watching a Falcon stoop down from the skies at over 100mph and admiring the grace of the Eagles, Kites and Hawks.

Kailzie Gardens are another popular attraction and are an excellent place for a day out in the summertime. The gardens are a peaceful and colourful place to spend the day with a wide variety of flora and fauna on display.
