Inside, you will find a spacious and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with light flooding in through the French doors at the far end. Sitting beneath a high ceiling, the cosy lounge has a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and comfortable seating, perfect for a relaxing evening together after a great day out.

To one side there's a charming dining table, with a useful additional breakfast bar over by the sleek, smartly arranged kitchen. The property also offers a refreshing bathroom and three delightful bedrooms: a sweet twin and two king-size rooms, one with a handy en-suite shower room.

From the main living area, French doors open onto a decked area with ample garden furniture and a bubbling hot tub, providing a fresh and relaxing spot for you to sit out and unwind as you dine alfresco and enjoy the peaceful views of the Scottish Borders.
