Our stay at Totleywells Grange was fantastic! The house is stunning and kept spotlessly clean, with a really high-quality finish. We were celebrating our grandparents' golden wedding anniversaryand Events by Carriages did a great job with balloons, bannersand a yummy cake on arrival. Everyone relaxed so easilyand we're already planning to come back for a longer visit. Honestly, you won't be disappointed!

We had a lovely time at Totleywells! The house was well-equipped and really comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The kids adored sleeping in the pony room and loved the Shetland pony experience with Rhianna-she was fantastic with them. We also had some fun competitions on the pool table in the games room. Overall, a holiday that really suited everyoneand we'd definitely come back!

Honestly, we didn't really want to leave this place! It's got everything - super clean, feels safeand all the amenities are spot on. The kids loved the huge garden to run around inand we couldn't get enough of the hot tub, pool tableand table tennis-they really make the place special. The firepit was a big hit too, especially late at night once the kids were asleep. Plus, the location's fantastic with loads to do nearby. The Shetland pony experience at the equestrian centre was a real highlight for the kids. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could ask for. The caretakers were lovely-always ready to help or give tips whenever we needed. Honestly, the only thing missing was a pub nearby for a proper pint. Thanks a lot for a wonderful experience, we'd definitely come back!

Honestly, we had a fantastic time! The house was spacious and perfect for relaxing with the family. It definitely went beyond what we hoped for. The kitchen had everything we needed, making meal prep easy. The beds were super comfyand having plenty of toilets was a real bonus. The kids loved the horses on site, especially brushing and walking Wellie the Shetland. Watching the horse jumping was surprisingly calming. All in all, a brilliant getaway we'd definitely do again!

Smoo Cave - IV27 4QB
about 10 Miles
Smoo Cave is a popular attraction which can be enjoyed all year round but visitors should wrap up warm during the winter months.  This spectacular limestone sea-cave in Sutherland is the largest in Britain and is simply spectacular. The cave was formed by a burn that runs down into the rear chamber, as well as erosion caused by the sea. Guests can take the path from the car park which runs right through the cave. Boat trips are available in the summer months and are an excellent way to fully appreciate the cave from all angles.
Kailzie Gardens - EH45 9HT
about 26 Miles
Kailzie Gardens are another popular attraction and are an excellent place for a day out in the summertime. The gardens are a peaceful and colourful place to spend the day with a wide variety of flora and fauna on display. Other attractions here include live viewing of the Tweed Valley ospreys, a Gift Shop where children can pick up a souvenir, a Tearoom serving tasty local produce and home cooked meals, a Children's Corner, Putting Green, and a gorgeous private 2½ mile stretch on the River Tweed where visitors can enjoy Fly Fishing and a Picnic Area.
M&D's Scotland's Theme Park - ML1 3RT
about 26 Miles
M&D's, Scotland's Family Theme Park is a "must do" day out if you are in the Strathclyde region. The fun attraction is set within 20 acres of beautiful Country Park and offers rides, shows and activities for the whole family to enjoy. Besides the outdoor rides the site is also home to Amazonia - Scotland's only indoor Tropical Rainforest where visitors can meet loads of exotic animals. There is also a large indoor soft play area and an amazing glow in the dark bowling alley, so plenty to do if the weather is bad. During December Scotland's largest Grotto with animated Christmas scenes can also be enjoyed.
