Combe View is a charming holiday home situated in the coastal town of Ilfracombe, Devon. With stunning sea views, designated off-road parking, and ample roadside options, this pet-friendly retreat welcomes two well-behaved dogs, making it perfect for families or friends seeking a delightful seaside escape.

Upon entering the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Here, you can enjoy home-cooked meals at the dining table, while the utility room houses a washer/drier for your convenience.

The sitting room, complete with a TV, offers an inviting space to unwind after a day of exploring, with doors leading out to a furnished balcony where you can soak up the stunning views. The property boasts four well-appointed bedrooms spread over two floors.

The lower-ground-floor, king-size, bedroom benefits from an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, while the king-size bedroom also features an en-suite with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC. The remaining two twin bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for all guests.

A separate bathroom with a freestanding bath, handheld shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC serves these rooms. Outside, the multi-level enclosed garden is a haven for relaxation and entertainment.

Here, you'll find a patio and decking area, a lush lawn, and a hot tub for indulgent soaks. The outdoor area provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining, while the garden furniture invites you to sit back and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Explore the wonders of this coastal town, beginning at Ilfracombe Harbour, a hub of activity where local fisherman land their daily catch. Splash about in sheltered pools at Tunnels Beaches, an award-winning, 19th-century bathing area.

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park - EX34 0NG

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park  is a big hit with families and has a wonderful setting within 26 acres of Sub Tropical grounds. During a stroll around the site you will encounter so of the worlds most endangered animals and also take a peek back to prehistoric times when Dinosaurs roamed the earth. The park is home to the worlds only full size animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex as well as Lions, Wolves, Sea Lions, Meerkats and many other species, Top attractions include the amazing Sea Lion Shows, Falconry Display and Sea Lion Swims.
Exmoor Zoo - EX31 4SG

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families.  There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings.  Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast".  There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga.  As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.
