If you can tear yourselves away from this remarkable home, enjoy the seaside sights of North Cornwall. The lively coastal village of Polzeath (2.5 miles) has a fantastic, sandy beach, popular for surfing, and some lovely pubs and eateries.

The South West Coast Path runs along the coastline around Pentire Headland and Lundy Bay, watch out for dolphins and seals while marvelling at the beautiful views. From Rock (4.5 miles), you could hop on a boat over to Padstow, which is excellent for fine dining and Cornish seafood.

Shake off your beach and walking gear in the spacious hallway before finding a spot to relax or socialise on the ground floor. Ahead of you is a large kitchen/diner which has two ovens and several other handy utilities and amenities you will need to prepare meals for all the group.

The kitchen also contains a breakfast bar for those wishing to socialise with the chef. A handy utility room leads from the kitchen and has laundry facilities.

Once you have refuelled, you can get cosy in the lounge in front of the wood burner and Smart TV. On the ground floor you will find a wonderful family bedroom with a bunk bed and twin beds, great for the kids and a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining bedrooms, three super-king-size bedrooms with en-suites, and another king-size with an en-suite. Adjacent to the property is an annexe which has a king-size bedroom and en-suite bathroom upstairs, and a fantastic games room containing a pool table downstairs.
