Up to eight guests and two dogs can enjoy a get-together in this hot tub holiday home with sea views in the West Wales countryside. There’s plenty of space to entertain your guests in the lawned garden and sleek, open-plan living areas.

Spend your time away relaxing on the shores of Cardigan Bay or visit the nearby historical attractions and the harbour town of Aberaeron. As you enter the two-storey property, you’ll notice how airy and bright it is in the stylish lounge with contemporary design throughout.

Two well-positioned sofas beside a Smart TV and a flame-effect electric fire look out onto the garden and hills beyond. Around the corner is a spacious kitchen/diner with coastal-hued decor, charming kitchen units plus a central dining table.

There is also a wine cooler and two raised ovens. Climb the stairs to reach a family bathroom and three bedrooms – a double, a twin and a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Outside is an enclosed garden with furniture, a BBQ and a hot tub. There is private parking for four cars.

Located on a quiet country road in West Wales, you’ll be just 1.5 miles from the Georgian, coastal town of Aberaeron – where you walk along the river to the dog-friendly Aberaeron Beach, followed by dinner at one of the independent restaurants. Spend an afternoon at the 18th-century National Trust - Llanerchaeron villa and gardens (4 miles).

Take a picnic and go for a dip at the secluded, sandy Llangrannog Beach (15.5 miles) or Cwmtydu Beach (13 miles).
