We really enjoyed our stay at Alltmaen Farmhouse. It's such a lovely spot for a family getaway-super clean, well kitted outand really cosy. The location is perfect, nestled down a quiet lane in the countryside but still just a short drive to the coast. The owner was really helpful before we arrived, sending all the info we needed and leaving a lovely welcome pack with homemade Welsh cakes. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this place! There's loads of space, which was great for all of usand plenty of different spots to sit and relax. We loved being out in the countryside-it's just what we needed to escape the busy city life. The hosts were really friendly and kept in touch. When we accidentally messed up something, they sorted it out quickly and sent someone over. Definitely a place we'd come back to. Highly recommend if you're after a peaceful retreat!

We loved the remote setting with stunning views, it really felt peaceful. The cottage was super well-equipped, especially the kitchen - we could cook proper meals easily. The hot tub overlooking the valley was a highlightand the pool table added a fun touch. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with a big tree and treats for everyone, including the dogs. The hosts were really helpful and quick to respond, making our stay smooth. Beds were comfy, showers goodand everything we needed was there - absolutely perfect!

Although not a petting farm the farm is still very family friendly with plenty of fun activities to keep children happy. The farm has a good sized play area and plenty of picnic tables as well as a Farmyard Heritage Centre where visitors can learn all about Welsh farm life and about the mystical Legend of Merlin. Get there early if you want to watch the cows being milked!
