This charming stone cottage enjoys an idyllic location deep in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Formally two cottages, the property has been lovingly restored into a spacious retreat with a contemporary twist that’s perfect for family and friends.

Step through the right-hand side front door into the entrance hall of this upside-down home where you can take a seat to remove your boots after a day exploring. The ground floor offers two charming bedrooms - a single bedroom to your right and a double on your left which has beautiful original features such as the old fireplace with a bread oven, and it benefits from a spacious en-suite shower room.

Two more delightful bedrooms are located on the ground floor on the other side of the cottage: another characterful king-size bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, and a light and airy twin room also with an en-suite shower room. Heading upstairs you will find the perfect space for getting together and socialising, with a beautiful and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.

Snuggle up on the soft velvety grey sofas in front of the contemporary round wood-burning stove after a busy day of explorations and enjoy relaxing with a movie on the Smart TV or a family board game. The nominated chef can make the most of the modern kitchen, which is well equipped with everything you may need during your stay.

The jacuzzi was an absolute winner for the children. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and supportive from the start. Communication was straightforward and helpful. Small thoughtful details made our stay extra special.
