About Teleri

Surrounded by greenery and the sights and sounds of nature, this safari-style tent offers the perfect base for families and groups of friends exploring the Carmarthenshire countryside. One of four luxury tents, the property sits on a peaceful site with fantastic facilities and activities.

Be sure to explore the woodland and river banks and spot local wildlife before heading out to discover the wider region. The historic town of Newcastle Emlyn (2 miles) offers a great starting point for walks along the Teifi Valley Trail, which follows the River Teifi and is also ideal for cycling.

The village of Cenarth (4 miles) provides access to a series of charming waterfalls and pools, where you can follow the water’s edge and watch salmon leaping upstream. From countryside to coast, Cardigan Bay is within easy reach, beginning with the seaside town of Cardigan (10 miles).

Before stepping into this unique property, take a moment to savour the peaceful surrounding scenery, which sets the tone for a nature-immersed stay. Head up onto the decking and into the tent, which offers a well-insulated, open-plan space thanks to its heavy-duty canvas and exposed wooden beams.

The open-plan living space is cleverly divided by a central wood-burning stove, which doubles as an oven for the stay and provides warmth on chillier nights. Alongside the stove is a mini gas hob and a cool box for preparing holiday meals and picnics.

Enjoy meals at the wooden dining table inside or alfresco-style out on the decking. The lounge area invites quiet relaxation, with a deep sofa and verdant views.

At the end of each day, retire to one of three restful bedrooms: a master king-size room, a cabin-style double, and a cosy twin bedroom. Completing the interior is a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate WC.
