We really enjoyed our stay! The place is super central but still peaceful, perfect for relaxing evenings. The hot tub was a lovely bonusand the TV with Netflix and Amazon made for easy evenings in. The furnishings were comfyand there are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. The beach was gorgeousand good walking spots for the dogs too.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Cottage! The kitchen is super modern and fully equipped, making cooking a breeze. The living room is cosy, with a cupboard packed with books and toys, which was perfect for the kids. The decor throughout is lovely, especially in the bedrooms where everything seems thought out for all ages. The beds were incredibly comfyand the quality of the bedding really made a difference. That roll-top bath in one room? Totally stunning! We all had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

Pembroke Castle is thought to be the birthplace of the Tudor dynasty and is an excellent choice for a family day trip. The castle one of the areas most iconic landmarks and features an amazing 75ft high Great Tower! Visitors can also take a tour of the Norman Hall and the Exhibition Rooms where the displays change regularly. There is also a Picnic area and plenty of open space for children to run around in the grounds and gardens. The site also has a cafe and a gift shop.

Although not a petting farm the farm is still very family friendly with plenty of fun activities to keep children happy. The farm has a good sized play area and plenty of picnic tables as well as a Farmyard Heritage Centre where visitors can learn all about Welsh farm life and about the mystical Legend of Merlin. Get there early if you want to watch the cows being milked!
