Enjoy a walk into the village of Long Itchington via a disused railway track, where you will find seven great pubs and a shop. Copper Pot Barn is an ideal base to visit the local area, with Shakespeare’s Stratford Upon Avon just 15 miles away.

Historic Warwick is 7.8 miles away and worth a visit to see the magnificent castle, which now has a busy events calendar which includes concerts and live theatre. Leamington Spa is 4.3 miles away, a spa town, with the now unused traditional spas, dating back to the 18th century.

Visit one of the modern spas or simply just enjoy some of the pubs and restaurants. Step inside this luxury barn conversion that has been furnished to a high standard throughout.

Brass, copper and no ferrous metals embellish the audacious barn conversion. The interior design theme is inspired by a desire to create a perfect meeting place for guests to relax, kick back and unwind in the presence of friends and family.

Metallic colours such as gold and silver are known to express feelings of exuberance, plenitude and wellbeing and thus reflect the emotions we all like to encounter when on holiday. The dining room is the centrepiece of the barn and is designed to revive the concept of long dinners with after dinner games around the table, while basking in the cosy glow of the unique jam-pan hanging lights.

There is a monumental table for up to 12 people, with two large lazy Susans that make the dining experience one not to forget. The wood burner, with integrated oven and hot plate, provide heat, comfort and a cooking experience for those that dare to go back to basics.

Old Dairy Farm Centre - PO30 2NB
about 16 Miles
Suited to families with children of all ages this is a fantastic attraction in Northamptonshire.  There are many special events held throughout the year so don't forget to check what's happening while you are staying in the region.  Some highlights include the lambing weekends and the monthly local food fayres.
Old Dairy Farm Country Shopping and Craft Centre - LE14 3PF
about 16 Miles
From shopping to home cooked refreshments this is a wonderful day out in the pretty village of Upper Stowe.  You can enjoy amazing views over the Northamptonshire countryside and wander around the complex of stone built farm buildings.  Each building houses something different such as the Occasions Florist, Itsy Bitsy Gifts, Hayrack Gallery and Sheer Delights Lingerie.  When it's time for a rest the Barn Restaurant and Tea Room is the place to go.  There is a small selection of animals at the centre too which younger children will love.  They currently have two Kune Kune pigs, sheep, hens and ducks.  If you are looking for upmarket holiday accommodation in the Northamptonshire area then the luxury lodges at Wicksteed Park are sure to impress.
Catanger Llama Trekking - NN12 8LJ
about 17 Miles
This is a really unique attraction and certainly worth a visit in our opinion.  Established in 1995 and situated in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside this attraction will appeal to those looking for something a little different.  You can't ride the animals but you can trek alongside them and enjoy the fantastic scenery.  From farm tracks to country lanes the gentle animals will carry your rucksack for you along the way.  There are personally guided treks available all year round and you will have your own Llama for the trek.
Ash End House Childrens Farm -
about 23 Miles
With family fun for everyone a trip to this farm makes a memorable day out in Staffordshire.  Some highlights of the day might include the chicks and ducklings in a basket, goat kid walking, bottle feeding the lambs or bunny brushing.  Located in the Tamworth area of Stafforshire this attraction is easy to get to.  Look out for special events taking place throughout the year including weekend and school holidays when extra activities may be organised.  Don't forget to meet Chirpy while you are there - the extra large chick!
Avon Leisure Cruises - BS8 4EB
about 27 Miles
Avon Leisure Cruises offer a relaxing way to spend an afternoon exploring the beautiful river and the sites all around it. The trips have commentary to point out places of historical importance and interest and are educational as well as fun. During school holidays the area is very popular with tourists and with families and daily activities can be enjoyed.
