Nestled around the River Coquet estuary at the southern gateway to the Northumberland Coast, a designated National Landscape, the fishing town of Amble is known locally as the ‘friendliest port’ and boasts a harbour lined with colourful beach huts.

Hop aboard a boat trip from Amble Harbour, just half a mile away, to spot puffins and seals along the way to Coquet Island, an RSPB seabird sanctuary home to a colony of 36,000 birds just a mile off the coast. Explore the impressive Warkworth Castle, 1.5 miles away, a majestic fortress crowning the hilltop above the River Coquet.

Closer to home, enjoy some of Amble's finest local produce from its charming cafes, restaurants, and traditional pubs. Head through the garden gate to enter through the front door of this welcoming, well-appointed property.

The cosy lounge has comfortable seating, a Smart TV for movie nights and features an exposed original stone wall and a beautifully tiled feature fireplace housing the back-lit wood burner-style heater. There are coat hooks, a boot rack and a lovely space for your dog’s bed in the corner.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a range of meals, and you can all sit together at the large, farmhouse style dining table to eat, and plan your day. The back door leads from the kitchen to the enclosed patio.

Upstairs, you will find three attractive, light and airy bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space; one king-size bedroom with a small en-suite shower and WC, one twin room, and one bunk bedroom. The smart, family bathroom comprises a shower over the bath and WC and completes the accommodation.
