Perfect for families or groups of friends, this delightful retreat offers off-road parking for two cars and welcomes two well-behaved dogs, providing a welcoming base for exploring the stunning Lake District surroundings.
Upon entering this single-storey abode, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully-equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up a hearty breakfast or a delicious evening meal. Adjacent to this, you will find an inviting sitting room, complete with a warming electric fire and a Smart TV, perfect for those relaxing nights in after a day of exploring the local area.
The property boasts two well-presented bedrooms: a double room with king sized bed, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC, and a twin room, ideal for children or friends. There is also a separate shower room, fitted with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC, providing ample space for everyone to prepare for their day.

This is an amazing Cumbria attraction well known locally as well as nationally for how close you can get to the animals. Described as the most interactive animal park in Europe it's well worth a visit if you are staying in the area. Open from April to end October some of the highlights are the tigers, penguins, bears, hippos and rhinos. At 2pm during certain seasons it's feeding time so don't forget to plan your day around this so you can watch the animals enjoying their feed. Look out for seasonal events such as Halloween Zoo Boo (free entry for kids in fancy dress) and The Magic of Christmas.
