After a restful night's sleep in one of two delightful bedrooms, serene in cream and soft, floral textiles, start your day with an al fresco breakfast on the large decking area admiring the far-reaching views. Enclosed so kids and pups can play safely, the lawned garden is perfect for ball games with plenty to keep them entertained.

You will also find a wood fired hot tub where you can enjoy the surrounding countryside, or dine al fresco with an outside wood burner with cooking facilities, or just cosy up on the cooler evenings watching the stars. With some exclusive routes on the private estate, stretch those legs to find panoramic views to South Wales, Lundy and Dartmoor.

In Challacombe village (1 mile) you will find a shop/post office and a pub but remember to take a torch for the walk back from the pub at night! Discover the string of sandy beaches on Devon’s north coast, including Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde, all within 20 miles, and enjoy family days out at Exmoor Zoo (3 miles) and Watermouth Castle (11 miles).
