The lodge was in a great location with everything we could of wished for, we have been coming to the area for many years now and this is definitely the best place we have stayed in. Our daughter loved the hot tub and the gardens were perfect for the dog. 110% be returning.

This is a lovely property and in a great location for a North Devon holiday. It's only 20 to 30 mins from all the beaches and coastal attractions. Dan was really welcoming and available to help on site with any issues. We really appreciated the hot tub, the children's play equipmentand the milk, eggs and coffee pods!

We had a wonderful stay, with a warm welcome from the owners. The milk, eggsand teabags were great touches that were waiting for us when we arrived. The location is fab for visiting nearby beaches and the owners gave us really helpful recommendations on where to go while we were there. We loved the modern twist on the milking shed! Would definitely recommend and hope to return again in the future.

We loved the lovely setting and the lovely cottage! Everything was spotlessand we had plenty of utensils to cook and enjoy dinners in the kitchen area. The hot tub was a great addition. Would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic stay we had! The cottage was lovely and nestled in beautiful surroundings. It's close to Ilfracombe in the north and Woolacombe in the west, which is great. The owners were really welcoming and super helpful, sharing their local knowledge with us. It was a fantastic trip and we can't wait to come back again!

Such a lovely place! We really appreciated the little extras like the games cupboard and the washing up and cooking essentials that typically aren't provided. The location is brilliant, making it easy to visit Woolacombe, Ilfracombeand more. We would definitely return!

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park  is a big hit with families and has a wonderful setting within 26 acres of Sub Tropical grounds. During a stroll around the site you will encounter so of the worlds most endangered animals and also take a peek back to prehistoric times when Dinosaurs roamed the earth. The park is home to the worlds only full size animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex as well as Lions, Wolves, Sea Lions, Meerkats and many other species, Top attractions include the amazing Sea Lion Shows, Falconry Display and Sea Lion Swims.

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families.  There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings.  Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast".  There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga.  As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.
