The ground floor houses a family bathroom and four soothing bedrooms – two are king-size with en-suite shower rooms, and two have twin beds. The master bedroom also has its own seating area.

Comfortable leather sofas sit before a wood burner and a TV at one end, and there’s a contemporary, country-style kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and all the essentials for a fuss-free self-catering stay.

A separate dining area will be the setting for more formal mealtimes, and a convenient cloakroom ensures comfort for everyone when you gather on this level. Step outside and the barn has a private seating and BBQ area, while the larger shared garden has mature planting with a lawn and more seating.

There’s a small unfenced stream in front of the cottage, and parking for up to three cars. Close by, another barn-like building houses a fabulous indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and changing area.
